Track your blood pressure readings

It is important to record the readings and show it to your doctors at every visit. Your readings can be recorded on a blood pressure diary. Please use this blood pressure diary to help you track your blood pressure readings over a period of time and monitor the trends. Simply track the results and keep an eye on your blood pressure.

Alternatively, you can store your blood pressure readings and track the trends on the Microlife Connected Health+ app. The app can be simply downloaded from App Store or Google Play. You can choose to store your health data locally on your smart phone or on the cloud. With Microlife Bluetooth devices, your health data will be wirelessly and automatically transferred to the app after each measurement. Or you can manually enter the readings and also add an optional note to each reading to manage your health data. It's as simple as that.
